Pedi frango com catupiry e assada pois meu forno estava c problema, não veio o catupiry com isso a pizza ficou muito seca e veio para eu assar em casa. Liguei e a dona duvidou, pois disse q não havia saido nenhuma pizza sem catupiry hj, falou q quando eu ligasse p pedir outra pizza se ela estivesse lá ia pedir um extra de catupiry, kkkkkkk
It takes time to deliver, more than what they anticipate. I ordered chicken with catupiry and baked because my oven was c problem, did not come the catupiry with it the pizza got very dry and came back for me to bake at home. I called and the owner doubted because she said that there was no pizza without catupiry hj, she said when I called to ask for another pizza if she was there I would ask for an extra of catupiry, kkkkkkkk

Discriminação e preconceito alegados como "perigo" sendo que a área que fica a pizzaria é muito mais perigosa. Foram ignorantes ao telefone e não quiseram dar explicação. Além de mal educados e grosseiros são preconceituosos.
We order pizza every week and when we order again they no longer want to deliver because it is on the hill. Discrimination and prejudice alleged as "danger" with the pizzeria area being much more dangerous. They were ignorant on the phone and would not explain. In addition to rude and rude are prejudiced.

Em resposta a empresa, eu compro com vcs ja a um bom tempo, e sempre reparei como a atendente, uma senhora, é extremamente grossa e arrogante. Simplesmente nao tem noção de como um bom atendimento impacta na imagem que a empresa passa.
Não se trata de um unico atendimento, sim de TODOS.
Se ensinassem a mesma a ter bons modos com os clientes, a loja ficaria perfeita. Espero que recebam como uma crítica construtiva.
Pizza is very good, however the service is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atenção é péssima, visto que o atendente não possui a mínima inteligência emocional para lidar com a menor das intercorrências.
É o tipo de lugar que culpabiliza o cliente pela própria incompetência e inaptidão no atendimento.
Fiz um pedido mais caro e recebi um inferior. Quando fui reclamar, só recebi descaso e falta de consideração. Preferem perder um cliente do que uma pizza. LAMENTÁVEL!
The attention is terrible, as the attendant does not have the slightest emotional intelligence to deal with the smallest of complications.
It's the kind of place that blames the customer for their own incompetence and inadequate service.
I placed a more expensive order and received an inferior one. When I went to complain, I only received neglect and lack of consideration. They'd rather lose a customer than a pizza. UNFORTUNATE!
