E com apenas um dia de uso na praia soltou a parte que amarra no pescoço e foi embora toda a pedraria e fora que descosturou a parte de dentro da renda...Estive aí ontem e conversei com a gerente que foi totalmente equivocada...dizendo que foi mal uso e que só trocaria em perfeito estado...se tivesse em perfeito estado não perderia meu tempo indo na loja ok....confesso que não sabia que biquini era descartável...usar um dia e depois jogar fora....vou procurar os meus direitos por má qualidade do produto e por ter sofrido constrangimento na praia...pois fiquei quase nua por conta da parte de cima....muito obrigada pela atenção de vcs....prometo não comprar mais nada aí.... grata vou dar uma estrela pra poder ir a mensagem...só por isso
Good afternoon...I bought a bikini from you guys for 70 reais on January 23, 2019. And after just one day of use on the beach, the part that ties it around the neck came loose and all the stones and outside came untied from the inside. I was there yesterday and I talked to the manager who was totally wrong... saying that it was misused and that I would only exchange it in perfect condition... if it was in perfect condition I wouldn't waste my time going to the store ok.. ..I confess that I didn't know that bikini was disposable...wear it for a day and then throw it away....I'm going to seek my rights due to the poor quality of the product and for having suffered embarrassment on the beach... from the top....thank you so much for your attention....I promise not to buy anything else there....thank you I'll give a star so I can go to the message...just for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fizemos uma compra de três aromatizadores, não fizeram o teste de funcionamento, um deles veio com defeito e perdemos a embalagem. Fomos 2 vezes ao local para efetuar a troca e a GERENTE ALINE nos atendeu super mal. Melhorem o atendimento de vocês pois se depender de funcionários como a mesma que não sabe resolver problemas irão perder muitos clientes. Hoje fomos nós.

Mas se você for negro ou mulato se prepare, prepare-se tem um segurança que não para de seguir em encarar os clientes uma coisa horrível me senti constrangida, até falei com uma moça que parece ser lider da loja, foi receptiva com o que falei. As demais atendentes da loja são educadas e prestativas. Mas NUNCA mais entro nessa loja.
The store has many products with good prices. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento principalmente quando você chega na loja próximo ao horário de fechamento, só falta te pegarem pela mão e arrastarem até a porta pra vc ir logo embora. Pra qualquer pergunta a resposta é "não tem".
Poor service, especially when you arrive at the store close to closing time, just need to be taken by the hand and dragged to the door for you to leave. For any question the answer is "no".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 14 de Novembro comprei duas bobinas de papel de parede de um mesmo modelo na loja Cheia de Charme porém depois de aplicado foi percebido que ambas nao tinham a mesma tonalidade que a olho nu foi imperceptivel , sendo que fui atendida por tres vendedoras e nenhuma delas percebeu o erro que deveria ser constatado na hora de finalizar a compra .
voltei a loja e conversei com a gerente que por sua vez disse que eu deveria ter lido o codigo de barras . Ela não está preparada pois como um cliente vai ler o codigo de barras sendo que nem elas conseguiram.
Essa loja nao tem estrutura e as funcionarias nao estao preparadas para vender papel de parede . Fiquei com o prejuizo de R$ 220,00 .
Nunca mais volto nessa loja .
On the 14th of November I bought two rolls of wallpaper of the same model in the store Cheia de Charme but after it was applied it was noticed that both did not have the same tone that the naked eye was imperceptible, and I was attended by three salespeople and none of them realized the error that should be noticed when finalizing the purchase.
I went back to the store and talked to the manager, who in turn said I should have read the barcode. She is not prepared because as a customer is going to read the barcode, even they did not get it.
This store has no structure and the employees are not prepared to sell wallpaper. I was left with a loss of R $ 220.00.
I'll never go back to that store again.
