★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo essa loja é tenho sempre o costume de tampar café nessa franquia,mas hoje como estava aguardando minha sogra terminar a consulta médica fui na loja do passeio shopping para a minha infelicidade,levei um fora da própria dona da loja quando comentei que na da rua estava mais barato e ela me mandou comprar lá, suave como um coice de mula,infelizmente por pessoa como essa que o mundo está assim.
I love this store and I always have the habit of capping coffee in this franchise, but today, as I was waiting for my mother-in-law to finish her medical appointment, I went to the store on the shopping promenade to my unhappiness, I took one off the owner of the store when I commented that on the street it was cheaper and she sent me to buy there, smooth as a mule kick, unfortunately for a person like this that the world is like this.

Há cartão fidelidade com direito a uma premiação quando completada.
Bem espaçoso o ambiente.
Colaboradores atendem às regras sanitárias contra a Covid-19 com o uso de máscaras e aplicação de álcool nas mesas após a saída do cliente.
Servem bolos e salgados além dos cafés especiais da marca.
Recomendo a visita e degustação.

The environment is very spacious.
Employees comply with the sanitary rules against Covid-19 with the use of masks and the application of alcohol on the tables after the client leaves.
They serve cakes and snacks in addition to the brand's specialty coffees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da franquia Cherin Bão e de todas a do Passeio Shopping foi sem dúvida alguma onde tiver a pior experiência possível.
Além do mal atendimento, os cafés especiais não são feitos conforme o padrão da franquia.
E para coroar, quando estavam fazendo o Café aeropress na mesa em que estava sentado, o rapaz pressionou com tanta força que quebrou o aparelho e voou Café pra todo lado, jogando Café quente em cima de mim, da minha namorada e do próprio rapaz.
Isso aconteceu no dia 13/04/22 por volta das 16:30h.
Por sorte conheço outras lojas da franquia que oferecem um atendimento digno da marca, como a do recreio Shopping e do América Shopping.
De uma coisa é certa, nessa loja do Passeio Shopping eu não volto mais.
1 estrela por que não dá pra dá zero. ??
I am a customer of the Cherin Bão franchise and of all the Passeio Shopping franchises it was without a doubt where I had the worst experience possible.
In addition to the bad service, the specialty coffees are not made according to the franchise standard.
And to top it off, when they were making the Aeropress Café at the table where I was sitting, the guy pressed so hard that it broke the device and coffee flew everywhere, throwing hot coffee on me, my girlfriend and the guy himself.
This happened on 04/13/22 around 16:30h.
Luckily, I know other franchise stores that offer a service worthy of the brand, such as Recreio Shopping and América Shopping.
One thing is for sure, I won't be coming back to this store at Passeio Shopping.
1 star because you can't give zero. ??
