★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café é agradável, super simpático e bem decorado. Atendimento bom e os produtos são gostosos. Tem opções para sobremesa, como bolos e tortas. Também tem produtos para viagem (brigadeiro de pote, bananada e outros). A proposta mineira dá um charme extra!
 The cafe is nice, super friendly and well decorated. Good service and the products are delicious. There are options for dessert, such as cakes and pies. It also has products for travel (garden brigadeiro, bananas and others). The Minas Gerais proposal gives it an extra charm!

Eu desejo registrar minha indignação na Franquia Plaza Niterói, que desde que abriu sempre frequentei, pedindo queijo quente no minas (inclusive há um funcionário super educado que coloca inclusive orégano pra mim). Hoje 09/9/21 por volta de 18h estive na loja, pedi o de sempre: café e queijo quente (minas). Dessa vez o pão veio molhado, espedaçando. Reclamei e o proprietário me atendeu super MAL, perguntando o que ele faria com o lanche que eu não quis, chamou o segurança do shopping pra mim, como se eu fosse uma criminosa que não quisesse pagar. FOI HUMILHANTE ! Eu nunca vi tal coisa acontecer, o cliente reclama da execução de um lanche e recebe esse tratamento!! Minha reclamação tinha total fundamento, meu dinheiro não é capim pra aceitar qualquer coisa. Estou chocada. NOTA ZERO! Não frequentarei mais e sempre que eu puder passarei adiante essa experiência horrorosa para que ninguém passe mais a frequentar esse lugar!
Terrible!!!!!!! I want to register my indignation at Franquia Plaza Niterói, which since it opened I have always been there, asking for hot cheese at Minas (there is even a super polite employee who even puts oregano for me). Today 09/09/21 at around 6pm I was at the store, I ordered the usual: coffee and hot cheese (mines). This time the bread came wet, breaking into pieces. I complained and the owner assisted me super MAL, asking what he would do with the snack I didn't want, he called the mall's security guard for me, as if I were a criminal who didn't want to pay. IT WAS HUMILIANT! I've never seen such a thing happen, the customer complains about the execution of a snack and receives this treatment!! My complaint was fully founded, my money is not grass to accept anything. I'm chocked. ZERO NOTE! I won't go anymore and whenever I can, I'll pass on this horrible experience so that no one will go to this place anymore!

They packed the drink in the most ridiculous way possible and obviously spilled it all on delivery... Ah! And they didn't send part of the order either... Anyway, forget about this place... Eat somewhere that has an ounce of customer concern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do café com paçoca. Só não dei 5 estrela, porque o café demorou para chegar e a minha fatia de bolo e o salgado do meu filho vieram muito antes. Tivemos que esperar. Também reparei que eles fazem primeiro os pedidos mais fáceis. O meu era mais elaborado.
I liked the coffee with paçoca. I just didn't give it 5 stars, because the coffee was slow to arrive and my slice of cake and my son's salty came much earlier. We had to wait. I also noticed that they make the orders easier first. Mine was more elaborate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é bem gostosa, os bolos, café, pão de queijo, o problema é o atendimento! Funcionários que demoram, atendem de má vontade. Chamei uma garçonete para fazer um pedido e ela revirou os olhos! Muito grave isso! Uma pena, pois os lanches são deliciosos.

Cardápio bom! Bolos e salgados igualmente. Agora algumas atendentes são bem morosas.
A Isabelle, é desatenta. Fiz um pedido que demorou mais de 15 minutos. Pedido: um café e um bolo. Imagina se fosse algo maior. Não quis esperar mais e chamei outra atendente, que me atendeu de pronto.
O problema:: existe uma troca-troca grande de funcionários. O atendimento em si não é o melhor.

Isabelle is inattentive. I placed an order that took over 15 minutes. Request: a coffee and a cake. Imagine if it was something bigger. I didn't want to wait any longer and called another attendant, who answered me right away.
The problem:: there is a large exchange of employees. The service itself is not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim, o melhor café que já provei, as tortas são maravilhosas, os bolos mais simples já não curto muito, mas as tortas são de qualidade e de sabor incomparaveis. Ambiente aconchegante com uma vista muito bonita.
Atendimento simpático.
Preço um pouco salgado, porém condizente com a qualidade do que é vendido. Enfim, sou frequentadora assídua.
For me, the best coffee I've ever tasted, the pies are wonderful, the simplest cakes I don't really like, but the pies are of incomparable quality and flavor. Cozy atmosphere with a very beautiful view.
Friendly service.
Price a little steep, but consistent with the quality of what is sold. All in all, I'm a regular visitor.
