O acesso é um pouco ruim para quem chega de a pé e de o ônibus, meio fora de mão.
Nas proximidades não há muitas opções de mercados, quitandas e etc. Apenas andando um pouco ou de carro.
Small and cozy condominium. Very calm and very friendly people.
Access is a little bad for those arriving on foot and the bus, a little out of hand.
