05/10/2021- Volto aqui para reiterar o descontentamento e pesar em sermos obrigados a trabalhar com esta empresa que trata o inquilino como se estivessem nos fazendo favor. NÓS, QUE SOMOS QUEM PAGA SEUS SALÁRIOS.
Gostaria de avaliar com nota 0 mas não tenho essa opção.
Sugiro que façam uma grande reciclagem (EM TODOS OS SETORES).

10/05/2021- I return here to reiterate my discontent and regret that we are forced to work with this company that treats the tenant as if they were doing us a favor. WE ARE WHO PAYS YOUR WAGES.
I would like to rate it with a score of 0 but I don't have that option.
I suggest they do a big recycling (IN ALL SECTORS).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento muito burocrático, não te passam nenhuma informação por telefone, sendo assim muitas vezes fazendo vc perder tempo pra tirar uma simples dúvida
I thought the service was too bureaucratic, they don't give you any information over the phone, which often makes you waste time to clear up a simple question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como imobiliária, há pouco interesse em prestar o serviço a que se propõe. Tentei contato por WhatsApp em Janeiro/2022 para procurar casa para alugar. Estou até hoje aguardando resposta deste primeiro contato (avaliação em 25/Março/2022).
Em um segundo contato, já tiveram um tempo de resposta melhor - 4 dias para responder. Entretanto, a pessoa que entrou em contato (nome omitido para não causar constrangimento) é extremamente lacônica, somente passou os links dos imóveis (sendo que de 3, um já foi alugado através de outra imobiliária) e nada mais. Fiz pergunta sobre visitação e não tive resposta em tempo hábil. Isso porque na apresentação disse que estava à disposição para responder qualquer pergunta.
O site é bem construído, com fotos ilustrativas, o que me levanta o questionamento: se o próprio corretor encaminha link de site que eu mesmo poderia ter visto sozinho, e se o site é quase completo, qual o trabalho que ele teve? Pergunto porque nem mesmo marcar visita aos imóveis consigo, e fazem 3 meses que tento.
As a real estate agent, there is little interest in providing the service you propose. I tried to contact via WhatsApp in January/2022 to look for a house to rent. I am still awaiting a response from this first contact (assessment on March 25, 2022).
In a second contact, they already had a better response time - 4 days to respond. However, the person who got in touch (name withheld to avoid embarrassment) is extremely laconic, he only gave the property links (out of 3, one has already been rented through another realtor) and nothing else. I asked about visitation and got no response in a timely manner. That's because in the presentation he said he was available to answer any question.
The site is well built, with illustrative photos, which raises the question: if the broker himself sends a link to a site that I could have seen myself, and if the site is almost complete, what work did he have? I ask because I don't even schedule a visit to the properties with you, and I've been trying for 3 months.
