★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um amortecedor a menos de um mês e na primeira viagem ele estourou, tive que fazer a troca de emergência, e como o defeito é do produto eles deviam cobrir minha mão de obra, mas se negaram, vou acionar o PROCON, não compre com eles, as peças não são de boa qualidade, essa é a segunda vez já que dá problemas com peças desse lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tempos de valorizar atendimento pra vender, está loja é a pior em atendimento, vendedor mau humorado que não faz questão nenhuma em atender. Precisa pedir com muita insistência para o atendimento. Tudo de pior em vendas está loja prática. Tem insistir muito para ser atendido. Não há como recomendar este estabelecimento. Dou nota zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem peças erradas. Inadmissível uma auto peças especializada GM vender peças erradas. Mesmo eu indo com o carro na porta da loja, apontei qual era o meu carro (Astra) e ainda repeti diversas vezes o ano e modelo e mesmo assim me venderam a peça errada.
Tive que pagar duas vezes a mão de obra para troca da correia Poly v e do medidor de combustível pois depois de muito tempo fui descobrir que estavam erradas.
Sugiro a revisao do sistema da loja para não venderem peças erradas
They sell wrong parts. It is unacceptable for a GM auto parts specialist to sell wrong parts. Even though I drove the car to the door of the store, I pointed out which was my car (Astra) and I still repeated the year and model several times and even then they sold me the wrong part.
I had to pay the labor twice to change the Poly v belt and the fuel gauge because after a long time I discovered that they were wrong.
I suggest reviewing the store's system so they don't sell wrong parts

As vezes falta alguma peça que vc precisa...mas na maioria das vezes eles tem a pronta entrega... estacionamento na frente da loja.
Good call for genuine GM parts...
Sometimes there is a missing part that you need... but most of the time they have the ready delivery... parking in front of the store.
