★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha primeira experiência há 1 ano atrás, foi muito bom, mas retornei agora em Maio de 2022, muito ruim, disseram que avisaram quando o carro estivesse pronto, não fizeram, lavaram o carro por fora e me entregaram todo sujo por dentro... não gostei...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expressar a insatisfação indignação sobre o serviço prestado por essa concessionária paguei pelo serviço completo de troca de óleo e elementos filtrantes tais como filtro de ar condicionado, óleo do motor, filtro de gasolina... e qual foi a minha surpresa quando fui fazer a nova inspeção no meu mecânico de confiança simplesmente a concessionária "NÃO COLOCOU" o filtro de ar o suporte simplesmente estava vazio um absurdo.
I would like to express the dissatisfaction, indignation about the service provided by this dealership, I paid for the complete oil change service and filter elements such as air conditioning filter, engine oil, gasoline filter... and what was my surprise when I went to do it the new inspection at my trusted mechanic simply the dealership "DID NOT PLACE" the air filter the support was simply empty an absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me passaram que no máximo 15 dias estaria com carro. Não me informaram sobre o recall que estava ocorrendo no momento da compra e gerou expectativas para entregar dentro do prazo. O carro foi entregue em 23 dias.
Senti eles totalmente perdidos com relação a datas de chegada das peças e nunca passavam uma previsão, isso me chateou bastante. Tive que alugar um carro e isso gerou gastos não planejados.
Tirando isso, fui bem atendido.
I was told that a maximum of 15 days would be with a car. I was not informed about the recall that was taking place at the time of purchase and generated expectations to deliver on time. The car was delivered in 23 days.
I felt they were totally lost in terms of arrival dates for the parts and they never gave a forecast, which annoyed me a lot. I had to rent a car and that generated unplanned expenses.
Other than that, I was well taken care of.
