Pois tinha uma batida no carro atras e iria sair perdendo muito no meu carro nissan versa unique 2018 e a captiva q iria pegar era 2014 e com muita quilometragem rodada... Fiz negocio na Chevrolet de Peruíbe com vendedor silvio e ele nem a empresa quer devolver meus 300.00 q acho um absurdo... Quero meu dinheiro de volta por favor ... Não sou de desistir mas não deu certo e falei no dia seguinte q abriu por favor devolva meu dinheiro.

O responsável não estava e não tinha ninguém no setor que pudesse (ou quisesse) dar uma informação.
Para o atendimento nesse setor não daria nenhuma estrela.
Talvez na venda veículos sejam melhores um pouco. Mas se eu resolver trocar meu carro vou procurar outra concessionária ou loja.
There was a part for my car and I found the service in the parts sector very deficient.
The person in charge was not there and there was no one in the sector who could (or wanted to) give information.
For service in this sector I would not give any stars.
Maybe in the sale of vehicles they are better a little. But if I decide to change my car, I will look for another dealership or store.
