Good phone service was great, but in the store and a bunch of employees thinking they were rich and analyzing customers to see whether or not they have the money to pay.

I visited twice to get a quote on the purchase of a car, both new and used, the salespeople were very average in terms of service. I ended up buying somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço técnico de boa qualidade, porém o atendimento de pré e pós venda são péssimos, estou tendo eu que cobrar pra ver se chegou peças q eu encomendei e vou pagar pra eles e ainda tendo q cobrar pra poder fazer um agendamento de serviço, se eu não vou atrás e cobro, nada acontece, acho q está tendo inversão de papéis. Isso me desagrada e muito em relação a empresa.
Good quality technical service, but the pre and post sales service is terrible, I'm having to charge to see if the parts I ordered have arrived and I'm going to pay for them and I still have to charge to schedule a service, if I I don't go back and charge, nothing happens, I think there's a role reversal. This displeases me a lot in relation to the company.
