★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando uma estrela pelo ambiente, que é mais reservado. Mesmo assim, não tenho a mínima vontade de voltar lá. Os garçons têm o atendimento péssimo. O que me atendeu foi extremamente grosso. Trouxe meu café numa xícara trincada. O café estava horrível e morno! Ele ainda derrubou café no pires e sequer fez menção de trocar. Eu achei isso um descaso, afinal de contas estou pagando, não estou ali pedindo um favor, né? Não disse nada, apenas não volto nunca mais lá!

I brought my coffee in a cracked cup. The coffee was awful and warm! He even spilled coffee on the saucer and didn't even want to change it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafezinho muito charmoso. Mesmo sendo dentro do shopping conseguiram fazer um espaço mais reservado para um café . O Atendimento é o ponto forte da casa, muita simpatia e alegria. Os bolos são bem fresquinhos e saborosos. Espero entramos o de cenoura e o de maçã , estavam excelentes. Recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local aconchegante e confortável além de reservado e comida deliciosa valem a pena, mas o atendimento é horrível.
Garçonete deixa o cliente esperando no balcão e simplesmente o ignora e continua o que estava fazendo ao invés de atender. Só muda a postura quando percebe que a pessoa esta disposta a gastar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Chegamos no local e ao nos dirigirmos ao piso superior a atendente perguntou se não gostaríamos de fazer o pedido antes de subir. Informamos que não, pois iríamos ver o cardápio com calma. Resultado, ficamos na parte superior aguardando a mesma e ela não foi nos atender, ficou batendo papo com outra funcionária. Depois de um tempo fomos embora.

We inform you that no, as we would calmly see the menu. As a result, we were at the top waiting for her and she didn't attend to us, she was chatting with another employee. After a while we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Será que a empresa ( Donos) não percebem que existe algo errado??? Olha quantas reclamações, ontem paguei pelo café e a atendente levou o café sem eu ter terminado. Procurei o telefone para ligar para reclamar do péssimo atendimento não atende, as funcionárias batendo papo alto dentro do ambiente de trabalho. “Foi a pior experiência que eu já tive.” precisava se um lugar para fazer uma vídeo conferência, parece brincadeira, quando deu 21:45 elas apagaram a luz, é praticamente me colocaram para fora do estabelecimento. Muito insatisfeita!
Does the company (Owners) not realize that there is something wrong??? Look how many complaints, yesterday I paid for the coffee and the attendant took the coffee without me finishing it. I looked for the phone to call to complain about the bad service, no answer, the employees chatting loudly within the work environment. “It was the worst experience I have ever had.” I needed a place to do a video conference, it seems like a joke, when it was 9:45 pm they turned off the light, and practically threw me out of the establishment. Very dissatisfied!
