Manneken Pis
O “menino que faz xixi” é o ícone da Bélgica. Quem viajou pelo país com certeza teve o prazer de encontrar o Manneken Pis a três quadras da Grand Place. A estátua de bronze de meros 55 centímetros encanta os turistas pelo humor e surpreende pelo tamanho: muito pequeno atrás de tanta gente vinda do mundo inteiro para encontrá-lo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible food, great service and atmosphere. A plate for one of traditional Belgium meal, arrround 60R$, great beers for 25-35 R$ and dessert for R$ 20. Enjoy it! My first and definitely, not the last time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very sad to say im disappointed. It's a great location for a beer, they have a nice assortment and the setting is cozy.
But the food is not meeting up to my expectations.
My steak tartar was good, but the beef stew of my husband didn't have an amazing flavour, neither was the portion up to expectations. Further, the meat was not cooked long enough and didn't fall apart when touching it (it was rather chewy actually). As appetisers we had meatballs in a sauce that had been burned, and my daughter spaghetti sauce also had a funny flavour to it. (We were wondering if it was maybe close to being off). Pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Belgium restaurant has great beers, but I find the food and service to be underwhelming. We went for restaurant week last night. The starters were tasty, but the steak bernaise looked to be cooked on a flat iron grill (for burgers) and mine was overcooked. The dessert was fine, but not special. When I saw the waffles from previous reviews it almost looked like they used frozen waffles for the dinner special. I would only recommend to come to enjoy the beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't know what to expect. This is a very good surprise. Our ordered for the main course - steak bearnaise and boulettes sauce liegeoise, and we drank jep gambardella with virga gin and brugse zot (beer). The service knows the food well, but can't say the same for the drinks, although they create their own. For dessert our choice was the sampler chocolate, but the torta de chocolate belga would do just fine. It's the best dessert on the sampler! We rate 4,5 stars with the dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who like Belgium food, it’s a nice place. Their cocktail menu is quite nice as well as their food menu. Not only the menu is nice, drinks and food are too. Staff is nice too. I see two problems that do not take away the merits of the place: 1) pricy and 2) food takes a little bit too long to get ready. But is a nice place, if you’re in doubt, just go!
