★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu liguei na loja e perguntei se mandariam foto por WhatsApp, para eu escolher e ir buscar. Ela disse que sim, passou o número do celular e passou de um dia para o outro e nada. No outro dia de manhã mandaram um oi, e logo eu pedi o que precisava, e infelizmente ela veio no WhatsApp só para falar que a loja de sábado é cheia e ela não poderia me atender, somente na segunda. Imagina com tantas lojas por aí eu vou ficar esperando a vontade dela, aí nego fala: "às vezes ela está atendendo mesmo, não tem tempo", mas se ela terá dificuldade para atender venda pelo WhatsApp é melhor tirar esse meio, pois se a loja não está preparada é melhor nem falar que atende online.
Eu fiquei bem frustrada, perda de tempo, já poderia ter comprado o que preciso em outra loja.
Tem lugar que não sabe trabalhar, aí perde.
 I called the store and asked if they would send a photo via WhatsApp, so I could pick and go. She said yes, she gave her cell phone number and it went from one day to the next and nothing. The other day in the morning they said hello, and soon I asked for what I needed, and unfortunately she came on WhatsApp just to say that Saturday's store is full and she couldn't answer me, only on Monday. Imagine with so many stores out there I will be waiting for her will, then I deny she says: "sometimes she is really answering, she doesn't have time", but if she will have difficulty answering WhatsApp sales it is better to take this means, because if store is not prepared it is better not to mention that it serves online.
I was very frustrated, lost time, I could have bought what I need at another store.
There are places where you don't know how to work, then you lose.
