★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um relógio da marca no dia 05/07/21 o mesmo parou de funcionar no dia seguinte inclusive caiu o pino da pulseira, só tive tempo disponível para levar o relógio para reparos no dia 10/07/21, Creio que trocaram a bateria e reposicionaram o pino. No mesmo o relógio parou novamente, realizei a regulagem no pino do relógio voltou a trabalhar, desde então parou constantemente, como dia 11/07/21 foi domingo, resolvi levar novamente o relógio na loja. Daí vêm a dor de cabeça para troca já que a empresa na faz troca do produto ou por outro no mesmo valor. Ou seja o cliente perde tempo e paciência para resolver algo que deveria ser uma prática de uma grande rede de franquias. A loja fica situada na Rua F n°310, esquina com rua 10 em Parauapebas Pará.
I bought a brand watch on 07/05/21, it stopped working the next day and the bracelet pin fell, I only had time to take the watch for repairs on 07/10/21, I believe they changed the battery and repositioned the pin. In the same the clock stopped again, I performed the adjustment on the clock pin, it went back to work, since then it stopped constantly, as the day 11/07/21 was Sunday, I decided to take the clock back to the store. Hence the headache to exchange as the company does not exchange the product or for another one of the same value. In other words, the customer loses time and patience to solve something that should be a practice of a large franchise network. The store is located at Rua F n°310, corner with Rua 10 in Parauapebas Pará.
