My experience with Chilli Beans from Shopping Recife was wonderful. Last Saturday (26/03), I bought a new sunglasses and I really liked it. Chilli Beans stands out for the good taste in its glasses, and the salespeople are all friendly and attentive. "Excelente", que atenderia minhas necessidades e por conta da pandemia, deixei o óculos no porta luva, esqueci. Quando fui procurar o mesmo estava partido. Então nessa loja e foi me dito que nada poderia ser feito porque a garantia tinha acabado, mesmo vendo que se tratava de um óculos sem uso. Ou seja foi app única loja que recorri e não levou em conta a pandemia.
Very bad. I bought a pair of sunglasses that I mentioned at the time of purchase that would be used to drive, stay in the car, and I was shown a model. "Excellent", which would meet my needs and because of the pandemic, I left my glasses in the glove compartment, I forgot. When I went to look for it it was broken. So in this store and I was told that nothing could be done because the warranty was over, even seeing that it was an unused eyeglass. In other words, it was the only store app I resorted to and did not take the pandemic into account.
