ESTOU INSATISFEITA COM OS SERVIÇOS DA LOJA CHILLI BEANS NA CIDADE DE ALTAMIRA.POIS COMPREI UM OCULOS E EM POUCO TEMPO PRECISEI DE REPAROS,NA DATA PREVISTA O SERVIÇO AINDA NAO TINHA SIDO CONCLUIDO ,E ESTOU MUITO CHATEADA COM O SERVIÇO QUE FICOU PESSIMO!POIS FOI COLOCADO UM PARAFUSO MAIOR QUE O NORMAL.TAMBEM FUI MAL ATENDIDA PELA ATENDENTE,POIS A MESMA ME DISSE QUE NAO IRIA PROCURAR O PARAFUSO IDEAL EM UMA CAIXA QUE AVIA VARIOS PARAFUSO.

I AM DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES OF CHILLI BEANS SHOP IN THE CITY OF ALTAMIRA. THEN I BROUGHT A GLASSES AND IN LITTLE TIME I NEEDED REPAIRS, THE DATE I HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED, AND I'M VERY CHATTED WITH THE PISIMO! PLACED SCREW BIGGER THAN NORMAL. I WAS EVEN WERE SERVED BY THE CUSTOMER, BUT HE SAID HE WAS NOT LOOKING FOR THE IDEAL SCREW IN A BOX THAT AFFECTED VARIOUS SCREW.
Would you like to know how I get in front of this situation?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei meu óculos de sol com grau dia 21 de setembro e até hj, 04/11/2021 meu óculos ainda não chegou. A vendedora me garantiu que o óculos chegaria até 21/10/2021 e o óculos nunca chegou. Disseram que era por causa das chuvas e agora disserem que a mercadoria foi extraviada é que está vindo outra lente. Pedi que me devolvessem o dinheiro e cancelassem meu pedido mas não consegui acordo. Pedi o óculos pq preciso dele, é uma demora dessas pra entregar minha mercadoria. Super chateado com a Chile Beans .
I ordered my prescription sunglasses on September 21st and until today, 11/4/2021 my sunglasses still haven't arrived. The seller assured me that the glasses would arrive by 10/21/2021 and the glasses never arrived. They said it was because of the rains and now they say that the merchandise was lost is that another lens is coming. I asked them to return the money to me and cancel my order but I couldn't get a deal. I asked for the glasses because I need them, it's such a delay to deliver my merchandise. Super upset with Chile Beans.
