O pedido foi solicitado às 19:17hs(ifoods) e a primeira entrega foi realizada por volta das 20 horas.
Chegou incompleto, faltando os pratos principais.
O entregador, muito solícito, notou o erro e disse que retornaria à loja para realizar a entrega dos demais ítens.
Embora a nova entrega tenha sido realizada em pouco tempo, novamente veio faltando um item.
Em contato com o a representante da loja, senhora Daniela, informou que estava sem entregador no momento é que tentaria realizar a entrega no menor prazo possível!
Depois de vinte minutos da reclamação, mandou mensagem dizendo que a entrega seria realizada de forma célere.
Passados trinta minutos do posicionamento da senhora Daniela, o item faltante não tinha sido entregue.
Foram quase duas horas do pedido até a desistência do item faltante, sendo que a distância entre o local da loja e o da entrega é de 400 metros. Detalhe, desisti do item, mas não deixei de honrar os valores combinados é que foi integralmente pagos.
Infelizmente é um local que jamais voltarei a consumir e não indico para ninguém o serviço e principalmente a qualidade da comida (muito abaixo da qualidade de outras franquias da China In Box).

The order was requested at 7:17 pm (ifoods) and the first delivery was made around 8 pm.
It arrived incomplete, missing the main dishes.
The deliveryman, very helpful, noticed the error and said he would return to the store to deliver the other items.
Although the new delivery was made in a short time, again an item was missing.
In contact with the representative of the store, Ms. Daniela, she informed that she was without a delivery person at the moment and would try to make the delivery in the shortest time possible!
Twenty minutes after the complaint, he sent a message saying that the delivery would be carried out quickly.
Thirty minutes after Mrs. Daniela's positioning, the missing item had not been delivered.
It took almost two hours from the order to the withdrawal of the missing item, with the distance between the store and the delivery location being 400 meters. Detail, I gave up on the item, but I did not fail to honor the agreed values that were fully paid.
Unfortunately, it's a place I'll never eat again and I don't recommend the service and especially the quality of the food to anyone (much below the quality of other China In Box franchises).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As guiozas (potstickers) são deliciosas! Os pratos combinados são bem servidos. O salão geralmente fica vazio porque a maioria dos clientes pede delivery.
The potstickers are delicious! The combined dishes are well served. The lounge is usually empty because most customers order delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Qualidade zero. Totalmente fora dos padrões da franquia. Yakimeshi veio sem cebolinha, yakisoba totalmente sonso, poucos legumes e sem um pingo de óleo de gergelim. Decepção total!

Horrible! Zero quality. Totally out of line with franchise standards. Yakimeshi came without chives, yakisoba totally stale, few vegetables and without a drop of sesame oil. Total disappointment!

Eu adoro o Yakibifum e super indico como uma refeição leve, eu sei que tem o molho que é calórico e tal, mas o macarrãozinho de arroz, os legumes e proteínas compensam rs..
Ah, os rolinhos primaveras de banana com chocolate eu super indico, pode pedir que é sucesso! rs
I was delighted by these people. All super helpful and polite, even considering the time I arrived (less than 1h to close).
I love Yakibifum and I recommend it as a light meal, I know it has the sauce that is caloric and such, but the rice noodles, vegetables and proteins make up for it ..
Ah, the chocolate banana spring rolls I suggest, you can ask for success! LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decaiu demais, todos os pratos que pedimos havia algo de desagradável, o macarrão tailandês não estava bom mas o frango empanado se superou, encharcado, só tinha massa e quase nada de recheio. Demorado e caro. China in box eu consumo a mais de 14 anos e nunca tive o que reclamar. Precisa melhorar urgente.
It went downhill too much, all the dishes we ordered had something unpleasant, the Thai noodles were not good but the breaded chicken excelled, soggy, there was only dough and almost no stuffing. Time consuming and expensive. China in box I've been using it for over 14 years and I've never had anything to complain about. Need to improve urgently.
