★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles disponibilizam um WhatsApp para pedidos que depois de mais de uma hora tendo dado "ok" para seu pedido, porem sem atender as ligações nem pelo próprio whatsapp, nem pelo cel, nem responder mais mensagem, sem dar previsão de entrega nem nada, e vc então enviar audio no whatsapp dizendo que pela falta de resposta vai desconsiderar o pedido, dai eles te ligam para dizer que Whatsapp não é a melhor forma de pedir e perguntar se ainda vai querer o pedido. ??♂️
Com tanta opção por ai, me recuso a aceitar essa falta de consideração com o cliente.
They provide a WhatsApp for orders that after more than an hour having given "ok" for your order, but without answering the calls, neither by whatsapp itself, nor by cell phone, nor answering another message, without giving a delivery forecast or anything, and you then send audio on whatsapp saying that due to the lack of response you will disregard the request, then they call you to say that whatsapp is not the best way to ask and ask if you still want the request. ??♂️
With so much choice out there, I refuse to accept this lack of consideration for the customer.
