Good service, good quality, but unfortunately every time I was there there were customers without a mask inside the store, which is tiny, entry should not be allowed.

Terrible attendance! Only one person to order, charge and make the ice cream.. 2 people ordering took more than 20 min to wait. Have patience to wait!

Fiquei plantado esperando a boa vontade em ser atendido, quando finalmente a pessoa se prontificou a ir para o caixa, resolveu atender o telefone e continuou sem dar nenhuma satisfação para mim. Vou em qualquer outro lugar, menos lá.
I like Chiquinho, but the service at Jardim da Penha is rubbish. I stood there waiting for the goodwill to be answered, when finally the person volunteered to go to the cashier, decided to answer the phone and continued without giving me any satisfaction. I'll go anywhere else but there.

Uma ótima franquia com sorvetes e milk shakes deliciosos, com várias opções de sabores!
A parte ruim é que a loja de Jardim da Penha tem poucas mesinhas e cadeiras pra sentar... Apesar disso acho que ainda merece as 5 estrelas!
Você pode pedir por delivery (através do Ifood) mas os preços são maiores pelo app.

The bad part is that the Jardim da Penha store has few tables and chairs to sit on... Despite that, I think it still deserves the 5 stars!
