★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fiz um pedido via whatsapp (devido ao lockdown) e só consegui pegar minha compra depois de 4 horas e inúmeras ligações. Ainda tive que ir retirar na porta, se não, nem teria meu pedido em mãos.
Primeiro se certifiquem que dão conta de atender a demanda antes de aceitar o pedido. Perderam uma cliente!
Terrible attendance! I placed an order via whatsapp (due to the lockdown) and only managed to get my purchase after 4 hours and countless calls. I still had to go get it at the door, if not, I wouldn't even have my order in hand.
First, make sure you are able to meet the demand before accepting the order. They lost a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era um comprador constante desse lugar, gosto de comprar em mercados pequenos para fortalecer a renda local, porém fui exposto a uma situação bem desconfortável. Como disse vou ai no mínimo 3 vezes por semana, tenho 18 anos, sempre mostrei meu documento quando pediram ja que raramente pedem. Sim e correto a mulher pedir o RG, mas não e correto acusar alguém de se negar a mostrar o RG e não voltar la mais, sendo que vou la todo dia da semana e nunca me neguei a mostrar meu RG. Talvez tenham me confundido com alguma outra pessoa ou algo do tipo... So queria reafirmar, e uma situação desconfortável, porem o atendimento e preços do mercado são ótimos.
I was a constant buyer of this place, I like to buy in small markets to boost local income, but I was exposed to a very uncomfortable situation. As I said, I go there at least 3 times a week, I'm 18 years old, I always showed my document when asked since they rarely ask. Yes, it is correct for the woman to ask for her RG, but it is not correct to accuse someone of refusing to show her RG and not going back there, since I go there every day of the week and I never refused to show my RG. Maybe they confused me with someone else or something... Just wanted to reaffirm, and an uncomfortable situation, but the service and market prices are great.
