★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de 04.02.22 estive no ambiente pra uma celebração entre amigos e tive o desprazer de ficar esperando um drink por mais de um hora. Após 3 tentativas de confirmação do pedido e visto que não havia sido preparado nos direcionamos pra outro ambiente com capacidade de atendimento aos clientes da casa.
Tamanho descaso tentou ser reparado com uma cortesia descabida feita as pressas e apresentada em copo plástico de festa popular.
Enfim... existe os que se dispõe a ser mal atendidos por tão pouco
On 04.02.22 I was there for a celebration with friends and had the misfortune of waiting for a drink for over an hour. After 3 attempts to confirm the order and since it had not been prepared, we headed to another environment with capacity to serve the house's customers.
Such negligence tried to be repaired with an inappropriate courtesy made in haste and presented in a plastic cup at a popular party.
Finally... there are those who are willing to be treated poorly for so little

O ambiente é lindo e muito convidativo. Mas tivemos uma experiência péssima. Pedimos 4 itens do cardápio de uma única vez (2 hambuerguers e 2 batatas). O primeiro chegou 1 hora depois. Outro demorou mais meia hora pra chegar. Ou outro levou outra meia hora. E 2 horas depois de fazermos o pedido, o último hambúrguer ainda não havia chegado. Desistimos e fomos embora. Mesmo falando com O DONO do estabelecimento, continuamos sem o atendimento devido. Todas as outras pessoas da mesa tiveram problemas semelhantes. Um lugar pra nunca mais voltar.

The atmosphere is beautiful and very inviting. But we had a bad experience. We ordered 4 menu items at once (2 hamburgers and 2 potatoes). The first arrived 1 hour later. Another took another half an hour to arrive. Or another took another half hour. And 2 hours after we placed the order, the last burger still hadn't arrived. We gave up and left. Even talking to THE OWNER of the establishment, we still don't have the service due. Everyone else at the table had similar problems. A place never to return.

O ponto que fez a diferença foi que pedimos um shot a parte para puder experimentar, DO NOSSO PRÓPRIO COPO E falaram que não era possível... Então, pedi um canudo pra atendente e ela simplesmente esqueceu, depois de um bom tempo aguardando, fui eu mesma buscar.
A diferença está nos detalhes.
