★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semana passada estava pesquisando preços e entrei em contato com a loja através do número do WhatsApp, tive que mandar várias mensagem enquanto o número estava online para ser atendida. Mandei mensagem às 07h26 e depois de muita insistência fui respondida às 14h43. Ainda assim a pessoa disse que iria mandar os preços e não mandou. Não entendo porquê uma loja tem whatsapp se não consegue responder os clientes. Digo mais no status diz que a resposta é em até 24h mas já se passaram mais que isso e não obtive resposta. Tive que ir até o local e ver eu mesma ver os preços.
No Instagram mandei mensagem e recebi retorno após alguns 26 dias ...
Last week I was researching prices and I contacted the store through the WhatsApp number, I had to send several messages while the number was online to be answered. I sent a message at 7:26 am and after much insistence I was answered at 2:43 pm. Still the person said he would send the prices and he didn't. I don't understand why a store has whatsapp if it can't answer customers. I say more in the status it says that the answer is within 24 hours but more than that has passed and I have not received a response. I had to go to the place and see the prices myself.
On Instagram I sent a message and received a response after some 26 days...
