Ao questionar sobre o poliuretano (já que o site anunciava), o atendente foi mal educado, me questionou o porquê da pergunta e me desejou boa sorte. 45 anos de empresa não ensinaram a tratar os clientes com educação. Muito mal educado, espero que ninguem preciso dessa empresa. Se pelo whatsapp é essa grosseria, imagine após fechar o serviço. E ainda fica zombando do cliente que é leigo e faz uma pergunta
