★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment I am renting was brand new when I started renting here and in very poor condition. The list of issues is too long to post. What's even worse, is how slow the building maintanence people responded to these issues. It took over a month for them to fix one of the toilets. Now that every thing is in order, I am happy with the apartment and what the building offers, i.e. Pool, gym, etc. You only get one chance to make a first impression and these guys blew it.
