Conheço e admiro os produtos de vocês, porem, vim avaliar o atendimento que simplesmente não tive. segue meu histórico:
Entrei no site enviei uma mensagem pedindo orçamentos deixando meu telefone e email e não tive retorno, resolvi então resolvi ligar.
Quem atendeu parecia ser uma moça competente no que faz, mas como ela não cuidava das mensagens enviadas pelo site ela então encaminhou para um tal de Eduardo.
Pedi para que checasse e respondesse a mensagem/orçamento que solicitei e invés dele procurar por responder o orçamento me fez repetir sobre o que era via telefone (se ele tentou ser pratico, ok, mas não funcionou), me passou algumas informações, mas não todas que eu queria. Perguntei se poderia enviar tudo por email porque eu ainda tinha que encaminhar para o financeiro da empresa, mas a preguiça foi tão grande que invés de se prontificar fez questão de que eu fizesse um novo email direto para ele pedindo tudo aquilo de novo pela terceira vez (pelo menos achei que ia ser respondido finalmente).
Pois bem, até hoje ninguém me respondeu o primeiro e nem segundo email.

I know and admire your products, however, I came to evaluate the service that I simply did not have. follow my history:
I entered the site, I sent a message asking for quotes, leaving my phone and email and I didn't get a return, so I decided to call.
Whoever answered seemed to be a competent girl at what she does, but as she did not take care of the messages sent by the website, she then forwarded it to one Eduardo.
I asked him to check and answer the message / quote I asked for and instead of him looking to answer the budget he made me repeat what it was over the phone (if he tried to be practical, ok, but it didn't work), he gave me some information, but no all I wanted. I asked if I could send everything by email because I still had to forward it to the company's financial officer, but the laziness was so great that instead of being ready, he insisted that I send him a new email asking him for it all again for the third time. (at least I thought it was going to be answered finally).
Well, to this day, no one has answered the first email nor the second email.

Parece uma Naja mesmo, os outros modelos que tinha visto nao chega nem aos pés.
Pós venda excelente! Tive um problema com o regulador de pressao que a empresa de chopps mexeu. Fizemos uma chamada de video com o tecnico nao consegui resolver E de imediato ja abriram um chamado para que o tecnico fosse ate o local! Realmente cumpre com o que promete.
Tanto antes de fechar o negocio quanto no pós venda.
Unica empresa que da o total suporte.
