★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em julho deste ano, mandei um XBOX 360 que funcionava bem no geral, só a gaveta de CDs que estava ruim, às vezes abria, às vezes não abria, falaram que era R$80,00 reais, depois avisaram que foi para R$120,00. Mas o pior de tudo, é que "de repente" o vídeo game pifou de vez lá. Falaram que foi um infeliz acaso, mas isso é no mínimo muito estranho e suspeito. Fizeram uma gambiarra para o vídeo-game voltar a funcionar, mas não durou nem 2 meses. Muito desanimador... Não recomendo.
In July of this year, I sent an XBOX 360 that worked well in general, only the CD drawer that was bad, sometimes it opened, sometimes it didn't open, they said it was R$80.00, then they warned that it went to R$120, 00. But the worst thing is that "suddenly" the video game crashed for good. They say it was an unfortunate chance, but this is at least very strange and suspicious. They made a workaround to make the video game work again, but it didn't last even 2 months. Very disheartening... I don't recommend it.

E principalmente não ouve seu cliente, e muito menos para alguns minutos para apurar os dados, pois eu jamais perderia meu precioso tempo para pedir a substituição da película se eu tivesse deixado meu celular cair no chão, o mesmo tinha sido comprado há alguns dias e tirado na caixa para uso naquele dia, e ainda fui tratada com descaso.

And mainly do not listen to your customer, let alone for a few minutes to check the data, as I would never waste my precious time to ask for a replacement film if I had dropped my cell phone on the floor, it had been purchased a few days ago and taken out of the box for use that day, and still treated with neglect.

Every time I call on ZAP they take a long time to respond. And when they answer they don't give good service. I can't always go to the store to see if they have the game I want, if they answer I don't miss a trip. Service in a world of variety makes the difference.
