★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indico só pela a comida pq é muito boa! Por que o atendimento é péssimo! Mal educados, ignorantes, nunca reconhecem que estão errados! deveria ao menos pedir desculpas quando erra.
 I only recommend the food because it is very good! Why the service sucks! Poorly educated, ignorant, they never recognize that they are wrong! you should at least apologize when you make a mistake.

Liguei 13:13 no local e pedi uma marmita média, apenas com mistura (fraldinha, maminha e costela). A moça me disse que era R$26,00.
Quando chegou (14:16), o motoboy me cobrou R$29,00 reais, e a marmita veio errada. Na mesma hora liguei para comunicar o erro e me informaram que o motoboy confundiu as marmitas e me entregou de outra cliente (uma mentira, pois veio certo as 3 carnes que pedi, o erro foi terem mandado arroz, macarrão, farofa e legumes refogados junto, sendo que pedi apenas as carnes).
Esperei até 15:12 e nada. Liguei novamente e disseram que novamente foi erro do motoboy, que iriam mandar outra pessoa fazer a troca das marmitas.
Esperei até 16:00 e nada! Decidimos ir até o local pessoalmente, e já estavam quase fechando! Nenhum motoboy tinha saído com o meu pedido certo, e nem fariam a troca.
Lá ficaram dando desculpas e ninguém assumiu o erro… Mas depois trocaram. Porém, paguei a marmita MÉDIA e trocaram por uma PEQUENA e com uma carne inferior e toda seca.
Não recomendo e nunca mais volto a pedir lá.
Incompetence and disregard for the customer!
I called at 1:13 pm at the place and ordered a medium lunch box, just with mix (flank steak, titty and rib). The girl told me it was R$26.00.
When it arrived (2:16 pm), the motoboy charged me R$29.00 reais, and the lunch box came wrong. At the same time I called to report the error and they informed me that the motoboy confused the lunchboxes and gave it to me from another customer (a lie, because the 3 meats I ordered came right, the mistake was they sent rice, pasta, farofa and sautéed vegetables together , and I ordered only the meats).
I waited until 15:12 and nothing. I called again and they said that it was the motoboy's mistake again, that they would send someone else to change the lunchboxes.
I waited until 4pm and nothing! We decided to go to the place in person, and it was almost closing! No motoboy had left with my order right, and they wouldn't even make the exchange.
There they kept making excuses and no one assumed the mistake… But then they changed it. However, I paid for the MEDIUM lunch box and they exchanged it for a SMALL one with inferior meat and all dry.
I do not recommend and will never order there again.
