★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço não é ruim, mas se você for fazer algum evento no local, preste muita atenção no contrato que o proprietário lhe apresentar, pois o mesmo lhe oferece um contrato superficial com dupla interpretação, deixa apalavrado algumas coisas importantes que você quer e na hora do evento não cumpre com o combinado, ou seja, não tem palavra.
Obs: Mesmo que ele combine alguma coisa com você, cuida ele não cumpre com a palavra..
