★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e ultima ...é muita reclamaçao ...carne mal massada ..uma miséria de carne ..pedi uma marmitex grande dia 25/02/2022 ..veio muito arroz e uns pedaços miudos ..eu vi na cozinha qm fecha as marmitex ..economizam na mistura ..qualidade zero ..se a marmtex fosse caprichado d mistura e bm assado pagaria o dobro ...mas desse jeito ...os clientes sempre serao lesado ..
 First and last ... there are a lot of complaints ... undercooked meat .. a misery of meat .. I ordered a large marmitex on 02/25/2022 .. there was a lot of rice and small pieces .. I saw it in the kitchen when it closes marmitex ..save on the mix ..zero quality ..if the marmitex was meticulous in mixing and well roasted I would pay twice as much...but that way...customers will always be harmed ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne com gosto de fumaça. Corte mal feito. Fraldinha dura e contra filé também. A única que estava no ponto certo era a costela, mas estava com muito sal. Buffet de saladas só o resto. Preço de 40 por pessoa caríssimo para a qualidade do que é servido. Atendimento nas mesas bom, mas garçon errou duas vezes ao trazer a bebida. Precisa melhorar muito para nos convencer a voltar.
Meat tastes like smoke. Poorly cut. Tough flank steak and against fillet too. The only one that was at the right point was the rib, but it was too salty. Salad buffet only the rest. Price of 40 per person very expensive for the quality of what is served. Service at the tables was good, but the waiter made a mistake twice when bringing the drink. It needs to improve a lot to convince us to come back.

Minha reclamaçao foi após varias vezes comprando achando que iria melhorar. Já tentei dar o feedback no balcão onde não foi bem recebido. Agora como sempre dão desculpa q tem dificuldade, pois servem x marmitas por dia. Já pensaram em melhorar essa qualidade e esse atendimento? Como eu disse, pagar caro numa marmita cheia de arroz, chuchu e uns 3 ou 4 pedaços minusculos de carne dura e queimada não dá. Pensem bem sobre melhorar, nem todos insatisfeitos utilizam esse recurso aqui para avaliar. Deus abençoe vcs tb e pensem mais nos clientes.

Comprava sempre, mas hj foi a ultima devido todas as ultimas vezes a qualidade da marmitex estar péssima. Muito arroz, uns pedacinhos minusculos de carne tudo duro e queimado. Pedi para colocar batata frita, que era padrão, encheram de chuchu. Pagar caro numa marmitex de arroz e chuchu não dá. Qualidade caiu demais.
05/03- Editing here after answer: I believe it's not a kitchen mistake, because I asked for it in the order and the guy at the counter didn't even pay attention. My complaint was after several times buying thinking it would improve. I have already tried to give feedback at the counter where it was not well received. Now, as always, they apologize for having difficulty, because they serve x lunchboxes a day. Have you ever thought about improving this quality and service? As I said, paying a lot for a lunch box full of rice, chayote and about 3 or 4 tiny pieces of hard, burnt meat is not enough. Think hard about improving, not all dissatisfied people use this feature here to evaluate. God bless you too and think more about customers.

I always bought it, but today was the last one because all the last times the quality of the marmitex was terrible. Lots of rice, a few tiny pieces of meat, all hard and burnt. I asked to put fries, which was standard, they filled with chayote. Paying dearly for a marmitex of rice and chayote is not enough. Quality has dropped too much.

Great option for lunch during the week. It has an excellent salad and hot buffet and also a lot of excellent quality meats. I had a great lunch with my family and I highly recommend it!
