★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou Cliente há mais de 05 Anos da Churrascaria Ponte Grande e pela 3a vez fiz um Pedido e não veio nem parecido com o Publicado pela mesma, ou seja, Péssimo Atendimento às solicitações do Cliente. Não quero Funcionário me agradando, quero só o que todos querem, profissionalismo e que atendam aos meus anseios como Cliente e Consumidor. Basta, chega de ser mal tratado. Não vou mais fazer pedidos e não vou mais presencialmente à Churrascaria.
I've been a customer of Churrascaria Ponte Grande for over 05 years and for the 3rd time I made an order and it didn't even look like the one published by it, that is, Terrible Service to Customer requests. I don't want an Employee pleasing me, I just want what everyone wants, professionalism and that meet my expectations as a Customer and Consumer. Enough of being treated badly. I'm not going to order anymore and I'm not going to the Steakhouse anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma churrascaria com self service que possui bom preço e os atendentes se mostram solícitos, acredito que por efeito de feedbacks já passados, então penso que o que vou pontuar será levado em consideração, visto que buscam melhorar continuamente.
Quando se trata de comida, o fator higiene, cuidado/carinho na preparação - pelo menos para mim - é extremamente importante e, às vezes, decisivo.
• Havia uma mosca rondando a comida e qualquer uma que esteja exposta está sujeita a isso, eu entendo (foi a primeira vez que vi neste local). Mas sabendo que isso acontece, providenciar tampas ou até mesmo algumas fumacinhas e odores que utilizam para deixar os bichinhos longe pode diminuir o risco de contaminação no buffet.
• As saladas parecem ter sido selecionadas às pressas, assim como a montagem de algumas Marmitex (eu estava perto, então vi) foram feitas sem qualquer capricho ou cuidado. Por isso, divulgar o processo de preparação dos alimentos (no Instagram, por exemplo) pode trazer mais segurança ao consumidor de que vocês também se preocupam com essa questão e que tudo o que é preparado é de qualidade.
Sei que a demanda às vezes é grande e que administrar o presencial e o delivery pode ser um desafio, mas CUIDEM dos colaboradores de vocês para que tenham alegria no que fazem e pensem principalmente nos clientes que estão longe ou que ainda não chegaram à Churrascaria e estão confiando que o que vão comer foi preparado da melhor forma possível, com responsabilidade e sensibilidade.
It's a self-service steakhouse that has a good price and the attendants are helpful, I believe it's due to past feedback, so I think what I'm going to point out will be taken into account, as they seek to continually improve.
When it comes to food, the hygiene factor, care / affection in preparation - at least for me - is extremely important and sometimes decisive.
• There was a fly hanging around the food and anyone exposed to it is subject to it, I understand (it was the first time I saw it at this location). But knowing that this happens, providing lids or even some smoke and odors that they use to keep the pets away can reduce the risk of contamination at the buffet.
• The salads seem to have been hastily selected, as well as the assembly of some Marmitex (I was close, so I saw it) were made without any whim or care. Therefore, publicizing the food preparation process (on Instagram, for example) can bring more confidence to the consumer that you are also concerned about this issue and that everything that is prepared is of high quality.
I know that the demand is sometimes high and that managing the face-to-face and delivery can be a challenge, but TAKE CARE of your employees so that they have joy in what they do and think especially of customers who are far away or who have not yet arrived at the Steakhouse and they are trusting that what they are going to eat has been prepared in the best possible way, with responsibility and sensitivity.
