1) An example of the development in generel and spec in NE of Brasil, which is great.
2) An attempt to capitalise on 1), which is less successful.
3) A study in the still backward NE, when it comes to finesse, finish, service etc. This in mind provide the following review:
A good selection of meat, although not as exorbitant as medium to high end Churrascarias, which this supposedly is for the region. Also, the meat wasn't all tender, especially the sirloin was quite variyng in quality. Cubim was excellent, as was the Costella do Boi. Salad bar was a good selection and so was the craft beer, although the latter quite expensive (7 BRL for 25 cl). Staff was kind and smiling, and they should have been attentive to the coordination, which is an integral part of the experience of the Churrascaria concept. The lunch (11:30am-4:00pm) was very nice priced at only 35BRL. ...All in all I will definitely revisit next time around.
