★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Ficamos fazendo malabarismo para ser notados pelo garçom. Há demora no atendimento e no pedido. Quando questionamos em relação a demora, nenhum dos garçons trouxe uma atualização sobre o que de fato o ocorreu. Precisamos ir até o balcão que mal sabia sobre o pedido. Acho que a experiência como todo não vale nem a comida.
 Very bad service. We were juggling to get noticed by the waiter. There are delays in service and ordering. When we asked about the delay, none of the waiters brought an update on what actually happened. We need to go to the counter who barely knew about the order. I think the experience as a whole is not even worth the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando fazer uma crítica construtiva: acho válido em dias como domingo/feriado onde a quantidade de clientes aumenta deveria ter um maior fluxo de pessoas trabalhando. Esperamos mais de 20 min só para receber o cardápio e ao menos 1:30 para chegar nossa comida. Outras pessoas que chegaram depois de mim foram atendidas antes.
Segundo: fixe os números das mesas. As atendentes ficam igual cachorro em dia de fogos, não sabem pra onde vão, já que os números não estão na ordem.
Sinceramente, a melhor coisa foi pagar pra ir embora. A comida é saborosa, mas perde toda a beleza depois de tanta demora.
I'm trying to make a constructive criticism: I think it's valid on days like Sunday/holiday where the number of customers increases, there should be a greater flow of people working. We waited more than 20 minutes just to receive the menu and at least 1:30 for our food to arrive. Other people who arrived after me were attended to before.
Second: fix the table numbers. The attendants look like a dog on fireworks days, they don't know where they're going, since the numbers aren't in order.
Honestly, the best thing was paying to leave. The food is tasty, but it loses all its beauty after so long.
