Raw chicken heart skewer. Selling raw food without attention is disrespectful to the consumer. Lack of attention and lousy service, if I could post a photo it's gushing blood .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais caro que os concorrentes; a comida não vem com vinagrete acompanhado. Mas o motivo da nota baixa, é o atendimento extremamente ruim por parte das moças do balcão. Em 3 ocasiões fui atendido de forma grosseira e em 2 delas MENTIRAM para mim:
1 vez eu quase "fiquei de mentiroso" na frente das pessoas pq na hora do pagamento, peguei meu cartão de crédito e a moça "gentilmente" me informou q eles n aceitam cartão de crédito, sendo q nas semanas anteriores, eu havia passado o cartão (Eu era cliente assíduo). Então questionei, já q na semana anterior eu havia passado, a moça me falou q eu estava enganado e q nunca havia acontecido isso. Eu retruquei, pois eu sabia o q estava dizendo. Somente depois disso, ela resolveu passar (ou seja, a maquina dela n passava cartao de crédito? Mas passou...);
Na outra vez, cheguei perto do final e já havia menos opções, meu prato viria incompleto, até aí tudo bem pois estava sabendo. Fui fazer o pagamento e vi uma funcionária montando outros pratos e observei o q tinha e o q n tinha mais. Na minha vez, a moça montou o meu prato e faltou um dos itens q eu havia observado. Pedi para ela colocar, então ela me falou q havia acabado. Eu então gentilmente a mostrei. Ela simplesmente disse q n poderia acrescentar pois já havia feito meu prato e q já ia fechar e blá blá blá. Rpz, foi a gota d água, eu n quis levar e exigi meu dinheiro de volta. Nunca mais voltei lá e n recomendo, apesar de a comida ser boa. Mas hj, já há outras opções na praça. Fica aqui o meu desabafo.
More expensive than competitors; the food does not come with an accompanying vinaigrette. But the reason for the low grade, is the extremely poor service by the girls at the counter. On 3 occasions I was treated rudely and on 2 of them they LIE to me:
1 time I almost "lied" in front of people because at the time of payment, I took my credit card and the girl "kindly" informed me that they do not accept credit cards, being that in the previous weeks, I had spent the card (I was a regular customer). So I asked, since I had passed the previous week, the girl told me that I was wrong and that this had never happened. I replied, because I knew what I was saying. Only after that, did she decide to pass (that is, did her machine not pass a credit card? But it did ...);
The other time, I got close to the end and there were already less options, my dish would be incomplete, so far so good because I knew. I went to make the payment and I saw an employee assembling other dishes and observed what I had and what I had no more. In my turn, the girl set up my plate and one of the items I had observed was missing. I asked her to put it on, so she told me it was over. I then gently showed it. She simply said she couldn’t add it because she had already made my dish and it was going to close and blah blah blah. Rpz, it was the last straw, I didn't want to take it and demanded my money back. I never went back there and I don't recommend it, even though the food is good. But today, there are other options in the square. Here is my outburst.
