The price is right, the food is delicious, the seasoning is just right. They only hesitated about the meat, the cut was wrong and there was a lot of skin. I hope I was unlucky, I'll give it another chance, if next time the meat is good I'll change this feedback

Para piorar o entregador não veio entregar e o atendente do chat não gostou de ouvir a reclamação do atraso. Queria que o cliente ficasse calado e esperasse o tempo que fosse preciso. Como reclamei dos 40 minutos de atraso sobre o limite de entrega, o atendente disse que não iria mais entregar e cancelou o pedido alegando que o entregador estava na minha porta já. Claro que era mentira pq estava a mais de meia hora no portão esperando. Nota 0 uma verdadeira falta de respeito com o cliente. Não recomendo. Se tivesse uma nota menor que 0 seria muito justo...
I placed an order and spent more than 1 hour waiting to be delivered and the order came out to be delivered at the deadline for delivery. To make matters worse, the delivery guy didn't come to deliver and the chat attendant didn't like to hear the delay complaint. I wanted the customer to keep quiet and wait as long as necessary. As I complained about the 40 minute delay over the delivery limit, the attendant said he would no longer deliver and canceled the order claiming that the delivery man was at my door already. Of course it was a lie because I was more than half an hour at the gate waiting. Note 0 a real lack of respect for the customer. I do not recommend. If it had a score less than 0 it would be very fair...
