The cleanliness and dedication to the customer is amazing, everything is always well arranged, on time and even when the event is over everything is clean the way it was before! Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz 3 anos que conheço esse buffet e a festa dos meus filhos e da minha mãe eu só confio nas mãos da Monica por que sei que não vai faltar comida e ela sempre vem fresquinha. Inclusive sempre recomendo e meus familiares já se sentem em casa.
I've known this buffet for 3 years and my children's and my mother's party I only trust Monica's hands because I know there will be no shortage of food and she always comes fresh. I always recommend it and my family members already feel at home.

Foi a melhor decisão que tomei, os cuidados com o evento, a dedicação e o carinho que a Monica teve especialmente prevendo a possiblidade de chuvas me ajudando com detalhes me deixou super segura.
Foi um casamento para 142 convidados e todos foram muito bem servidos, elogiaram tudo, desde a comida ao atendimento, pontuaram em especial a educação da equipe. O fotografo ficou impressionado com a qualidade do serviço. Meus parabéns Monica, ja deixei meu feedback no seu contato mas faço questão de publicar nas redes sociais tambem. Sucesso pra ti!
On 12.19.2022 I had my daughter Heloisa's wedding and hired the services of this buffet.
It was the best decision I made, the care of the event, the dedication and the affection that Monica had especially foreseeing the possibility of rain helping me with details made me super safe.
It was a wedding for 142 guests and everyone was very well served, they praised everything, from the food to the service, especially the politeness of the staff. The photographer was impressed with the quality of the service. Congratulations Monica, I already left my feedback in your contact but I make a point of publishing it on social networks as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechamos o aniversário da nossa filha de 1 ano com eles, foram 12 pessoas a mais que os contratados (no caso as crianças que não contamos na listinha que fizemos, erro nosso, ok). A comida era boa, os salgadinhos uma delícia, mas foi pouco e não porque não levaram a quantidade correta, mais porque não deram conta de servir. Pedi que colocassem nas mesas os salgadinhos e as pessoas se serviriam e a responsável me disse que não tinham tigelinhas para colocar uma em cada mesa (levaram duas pequenas para servir 70 pessoas). Não deram conta de atender a todos, foram 4 pessoas (uma fazendo toda a comida, uma para servir a comida e dois a bebida) infelizmente ficou difícil. Antes de contratar perguntei se tivesse bebida alcoólica como cerveja se eles serviam, ela me disse que sim e no momento da festa a resposta para o atendimento estar ruim foi que ela tinha que deixar um funcionário apenas para servir o chopp, o meu marido e o tio dele assumiram isso e serviram para ajudar e mesmo assim não foi do agrado. Tinham dois tipo de macarrão (molho branco e vermelho) algumas pessoas quando foram comer já não tinha mais o de molho branco (inclusive eu) e quando foram carregar o carro vimos a quantidade de macarrão pronto que levaram embora. Simplesmente não repuseram.
Cantamos o parabéns e para nossa surpresa esqueceram os pratinhos e servíramo-nos o bolo em guardanapo de papel.
No final da festa me cobrou o adicional das 12 pessoas pois disse que precisava pegar um “extra” para a equipe pela correria, mesmo me dizendo que até 7 pessoas a mais não seria cobrado.
Detalhe, levaram as bebidas sem gelo e chegaram 2 horas antes da festa, nem por milagre iria gelar, colocaram a culpa na geladeira.
A comida é realmente boa, mas vale trabalhar em um restaurante pois para organização de festa não valeu.
We closed our 1 year old daughter's birthday with them, there were 12 more people than the contracted ones (in this case, the children we didn't count on the list we made, our mistake, ok). The food was good, the snacks were delicious, but it was not enough and not because they didn't have the right amount, but because they couldn't serve. I asked them to put the snacks on the tables and people would help themselves and the person in charge told me that they didn't have small bowls to put one on each table (they took two small ones to serve 70 people). They couldn't take care of everyone, there were 4 people (one doing all the food, one serving the food and two the drinks) unfortunately it was difficult. Before hiring, I asked if there was an alcoholic beverage such as beer if they served, she told me yes and at the time of the party the answer for the service being bad was that she had to leave an employee just to serve the beer, my husband and the his uncle assumed this and served to help and even then it was not to their liking. There were two types of pasta (white and red sauce) some people when they went to eat there was no longer the one with white sauce (including me) and when they went to load the car we saw the amount of ready pasta they took away. They just didn't reset.
We sang Happy Birthday and to our surprise they forgot the plates and we served the cake on a paper napkin.
At the end of the party, he charged me the extra for the 12 people because he said he needed to get an “extra” for the team for the rush, even though he told me that up to 7 more people would not be charged.
In detail, they took the drinks without ice and arrived 2 hours before the party, it wouldn't even get cold, they blamed it on the fridge.
The food is really good, but it's worth working in a restaurant because it wasn't worth it to organize a party.
