★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido a pizza veio fria, tudo bem tolerei, mas fizemos um pedido sábado e comentei que a pizza chegou fria, a atendente nem caso fez do meu feedback , sempre compravamos mas pela falta de um atendimento bom e pouco caso , nao vms comprar mais, lugar pra comprar lanches tem um monte, agora atendimento de qualidade está escasso.
 I placed an order the pizza came cold, okay I tolerated it, but we placed an order on Saturday and commented that the pizza arrived cold, the attendant did not even give my feedback, we always bought but due to the lack of good service and little case, we do not buy more, there are a lot of places to buy snacks, now quality service is scarce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você liga e faz um pedido. A atendente te fala que é 1h para entregar aproximadamente. Após 01:30 você liga e seu pedido não está pronto. Com 2h de espera você liga e seu pedido estava saindo. Com 02:30 o seu pedido não chegou e eles falam que o entregador está na rua. Porque falam que é aproximadamente 1h? Porquê ficam enrolando o cliente e contando mentira? Falta de respeito, falta de profissionalismo, falta de atendimento transparente e profissional. Não façam isso com os clientes!!!
You call and place an order. The attendant tells you that it is 1 hour to deliver approximately. After 1:30 you call and your order is not ready. With 2 hours of waiting you call and your order was leaving. With 2:30 am their order did not arrive and they say that the delivery man is on the street. Why do they say it's about 1 am? Why are they fooling the customer and telling a lie? Lack of respect, lack of professionalism, lack of transparent and professional service. Don't do that to customers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra chegar, se servir na BALANÇA, e pegar alguma bebida vc mesmo a comida é realmente boa, mas precisou pedir uma água ou um PF que seja o atendimento é péssimo, horroroso, das últimas 2x que fui pedi um PF e refrigerante e no outro dia agUa, ambos os dias só chegou a bebida quando já tava indo pagar a conta, olha que enquanto eu comia toda hora tava lembrando a dona ou a filha da dona não sei, tava ficando como chato já
To arrive, help yourself to the SCALES, and get a drink yourself, the food is really good, but you had to ask for water or a PF that is, the service is terrible, horrible, in the last 2 times I was asked for a PF and a soda and on the other DAY WATER, both days the drink only arrived when I was going to pay the bill, look that while I ate all the time I was remembering the owner or the owner's daughter I don't know, it was getting boring already
