★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CIA da Bike é uma empresa nova em Rio Preto, mas vieram para ficar. Ivan, Kelly, Pepe fazem a diferença no atendimento tanto comercial quanto no técnico. Os preços são bons. Promovem pedais terça, quintas e sábado, pela manhã. Recomendo passar para conhecer com certeza, vc vai virar cliente!
CIA da Bike is a new company in Rio Preto, but they are here to stay. Ivan, Kelly, Pepe make a difference in both commercial and technical assistance. Prices are good. Pedals are promoted Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the morning. I recommend going to know for sure, you will become a customer!

Cheguei no local demoraram a me atender, passaram clientes com bikes mais caras na frente inclusive.
Foi combinado que a manutenção da bike ficaria pronta na quarta, me enrolaram até na sexta, ainda conseguiram me enrolar até no sábado, como se não bastase colocaram o pneu errado de outro modelo que eu não pedi.
Pois bem trocaram pelo que eu queria, resumindo peguei a bike só na segunda.
Paguei o serviço as peças...
Meses depois, eu descobri que não foi colocado a câmara de ar antifuro que eu comprei na loja.
ou seja te enrolam te estressam e ainda colocam produto errado.
NAO RECOMENDO.
Totally dissatisfied,
I arrived at the place, they took a long time to attend to me, customers with more expensive bikes passed even in front.
It was agreed that the maintenance of the bike would be ready on Wednesday, they rolled me up until Friday, they still managed to roll me up until Saturday, as if it wasn't enough if they put the wrong tire on another model that I didn't ask for.
Well they exchanged for what I wanted, in short I only took the bike on Monday.
I paid for the parts service...
Months later, I found out that the anti-puncture tube I bought at the store was not fitted.
in other words, they wind you up, stress you out and still put the wrong product.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
