★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento do Umberto e sua esposa é sem igual, só os preços que são um pouco acima da média. Mas recomendo o local sem dúvidas. Sem falar que as aulas de cervejeiro é ótima.
 Very good service from Umberto and his wife is unrivaled, only prices that are a little above average. But I recommend the place without a doubt. Not to mention that the brewery classes are great.

Quero iniciar a produzir cerveja e minha intenção era poder ter informações com um atendente e o que tive ? Uma pessoa que ficava em um pequeno balcão e não teve o menor trabalho de se dirigir até nós, pois dissemos que queríamos conhecer os produtos. A cereja do bolo foi ela dizer que os produtos tinha também na loja do site, o que ficou ao meu entender a seguinte frase: Caia fora daqui !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligo para a loja atrás de saber se haveria sachês de priming, a pessoa que me atende me diz que sim, passa preço e quantidade. Na manhã seguinte me desloco até a loja, o rapaz me atende do portão dizendo que não tem priming e nem previsão de chegada pois o "fornecedor na está entregando". No mínimo uma falta de consideração, mas vida que segue.

De fato o que ocorreu foi um mal entendido, fui até a loja e os sachês para carbonatação estavam disponíveis. Agradeço a atenção e a disposição de sempre com os clientes. Abraço!
