★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , sinto muito mas acho que quem está comentando que é otimo não passaram o que passei, ou são amigos desse estabelecimento ou então eles mesmo comentando. Porque eu infelizmente fiquei estarrecida com o desinteresse no atendimento, me senti julgada como se eu fosse uma pessoa que não tinha condições de pagar por uma planta. Fiquei desmotivada em comprar a planta que eu tanto queria e estou aprendendo a amar. Simplesmente como qualquer cliente faz, eu entrei em contato para tirar algumas dúvidas pois não sou conhecedora de plantas, então comumente fui tirando algumas dúvidas com perguntas lógicas e úteis,mas as respostas eram sem noção. Por exemplo: perguntei como eram os cuidados para o crescimento da planta (já que meu espaço pra plantio era um pouco limitado) aí a pessoa vem me dizer com poucas palavras sem nenhuma orientação que : "a planta que eu queria crescia 20 metros" Oi? Como assim? Era para eu desistir da compra? Então pedi por gentileza e educação qual sugestão eles me dariam para meu espaço, mandei foto do espaço e tudo. Bem minha mensagem foi ignorada com sucesso até hoje não responderam. Será se eles atendem por "cara"? Não gostei me senti julgada por pessoas que nem me conhecem e nem sabiam que eu ia sim comprar e bastante. DETALHE IMPORTANTE: Depois em outro lugar me falaram que a planta do meu interesse CRESCIA DE ACORDO COM O ESPAÇO QUE EU OFERECIA A ELA. Ou seja, desinteresse total na venda, agora por que eu não sei.
Terrible service, I'm sorry but I think those who are commenting that it's great didn't go through what I went through, or they are friends of this establishment or they themselves commenting. Because, unfortunately, I was appalled by the lack of interest in the service, I felt judged as if I were a person who could not afford to pay for a plant. I was discouraged from buying the plant I wanted so much and I'm learning to love it. Just like any client does, I got in touch to ask some questions because I'm not a plant connoisseur, so I usually answered some questions with logical and useful questions, but the answers were clueless. For example: I asked how the care for the plant's growth was (since my space for planting was a little limited) then the person comes to tell me in a few words without any guidance that: "the plant I wanted grew 20 meters" Hi ? As well? Was I supposed to back out of the purchase? So I asked for kindness and politeness what suggestion they would give me for my space, I sent a photo of the space and everything. Well my message was successfully ignored until today no reply. Is it if they go by "guy"? I didn't like it, I felt judged by people who didn't even know me and didn't even know that I was going to buy a lot. IMPORTANT DETAIL: I was later told elsewhere that the plant I was interested in GROW ACCORDING TO THE SPACE I OFFER IT. That is, total disinterest in the sale, now why I don't know.
