A luna nunca voltou triste ou com qualquer sinal de que tivesse sido maltratada, oque sinceramente é o maior dos terrores dos pais dos pets. Sem contar que a veterinária Isabelle sempre foi atenciosa e prestativa em todas as situações, até mesmo nas mais emergenciais, prestando atendimento domiciliar, orientações por telefone. Já conhecemos ela desde antes de se formar veterinária, e já conhecíamos o amor dela de sempre pelos animaizinhos. São por estes motivos que não troco, pois, com tudo isso, já existe uma relação de confiança construída ao longo de alguns anos. Recomendo a todos!
 I've been a customer for a long time. My daughter luna goes to the dog company since puppy. Never had problems. The luna never came back sad or with any sign that she had been mistreated, which is honestly the biggest of the terrors of pet parents. Not to mention that the veterinarian Isabelle has always been attentive and helpful in all situations, even in the most emergency, providing home care, telephone guidance. We have known her since before she graduated from veterinary medicine, and we already knew her usual love for the little animals. It is for these reasons that I do not change, because, with all this, there is already a relationship of trust built over a few years. Highly recommend to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendido logo de cara. Não houve empatia nenhuma por parte do rapaz que estava lá. Essa atitude me fez procurar outro estabelecimento.
I was poorly attended to right away. There was no empathy on the part of the boy who was there. This attitude made me look for another establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor Petshop de Belo Horizonte! Eu levei a Cacau cachorra da minha namorada, eles atenderam super bem e com muito carinho. Cacau voltou extremamente cheirosa e bem cuidada.
Cacau não gosta muito de Petshop, sempre quando volta, ela sai meio desanimadinha.
No Cia do Cão foi ao contrario. Ela saiu extramente feliz e alegre. Parabens para os donos, vocês estão de fazendo um ótimo serviço.
