★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, a gente marca horário porém quando chegamos lá é por ordem de chegada. Então pra que marca horário? Absurdo! Passei 4 horas aguardando ser atendida.
 Terrible, we make an appointment, but when we get there it's on a first-come, first-served basis. So why schedule? Absurd! I spent 4 hours waiting to be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pelo Dr.Jefferson ele é ótimo profissional, atencioso, educado, simpático está de parabéns! Bom um ar-condicionado não seria ruim não hahahah pq é bem quente.
I was attended by Dr.Jefferson, he is a great professional, attentive, polite, friendly, congratulations! Well an air conditioning wouldn't be bad hahahah because it's very hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo fazer canal nessa e noutras clínicas conveniadas aos planos odontológicos. Os canais são muito rápidos e em boa parte dos casos geram algum problema posterior no dente. Já vi muitos pacientes voltando pra reavaliar sequela de canal. E detalhe, pra reavaliar eles vão logo solicitando tomografia, mas alguns planos não cobrem tomografia, o que complica a vida da pessoa, caso não possa pagar, pois uma tomografia é cara. Eles têm de entender que nem todos que pagam plano são riquinhos; nem todos podem ter custos extras com sequela de dente tratado às pressas (ou mal tratado).
I do not recommend making a channel at this and other clinics associated with dental plans. The canals are very fast and in most cases they generate some later problem in the tooth. I've seen many patients coming back to reassess root canal sequelae. And detail, to re-evaluate they go right away requesting tomography, but some plans do not cover tomography, which complicates the person's life, if they cannot pay, because a tomography is expensive. They have to understand that not everyone who pays for the plan is rich; not everyone can have extra costs with a hastily treated (or badly treated) tooth sequel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de me consultar com vcs mas ultimamente está bem difícil uma marcação pelo ZAP. Agente manda mensagem faz todo o procedimento e quando vai tranferir pra uma atendente é mas de 3 dias pra gente ser atendido. Falei sábado a atendente falou comigo hoje , na segunda pela manhã , de mal a pior, já estou procurando outro lugar pra consultar a mim e a meu filho.
I really like to consult with you but lately it's been very difficult to make an appointment through ZAP. Agent sends a message, does the whole procedure and when it goes to transfer to an attendant, it takes more than 3 days for us to be answered. I said Saturday the attendant spoke to me today, on Monday morning, from bad to worse, I'm already looking for another place to consult me and my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unidade Pina é péssima. Não sei as outras, mas cheguei lá de 9h e só fui atendida de quase 13h, mesmo com hora marcada é impossível de vc ser atendido nem que seja num horário próximo. O número também não atende pra poder tirar dúvidas, to tentando há dias.
The Pina unit sucks. I don't know about the others, but I got there at 9 am and was only served at almost 1 pm, even with an appointment it's impossible for you to be attended even if it's at a close time. The number also doesn't answer so I can ask questions, I've been trying for days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se esse lugar já foi ruim um dia ,não é mais ! Vi os comentários aqui e fiquei assustado . Mas fui na fé de Jesus porque era o mais próximo para mim . Sou conveniado Hapvida e gostei do atendimento . Tanto o presencial quanto pra marcar por telefone . No call center as atendentes demostram ter bastante experiência. Recomendo MUITO o Doutor Jeferson !!! Além de atencioso ele foi paciente comigo que tenho fobia de agulha e isso me passou segurança. A Cia do sorriso está em boas mãos com esse cara ! Obrigado
If this place was bad once, it isn't anymore! I saw the comments here and I was scared. But I went in the faith of Jesus because it was the closest for me. I'm a Hapvida member and I liked the service. Both in person and to book by phone. In the call center, the attendants show a lot of experience. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Jefferson!!! In addition to being attentive, he was patient with me because I have a phobia of needles and that made me feel safe. Cia do Sorriso is in good hands with this guy! Thanks
