Sr. Luiz, sua empresa esta com o CNPJ inativo como quer emitir Nonta Fiscal, Além do mais fiz uma reclamação no PROCON, o Sr. pode apresentar a nota fiscal lá para resolvermos. Como não resolveu o meu problema fiz o mesmo serviço na empresa idônea CARDANTEC, onde reparou o Cardan, executou o serviço com qualidade, a sua empresa cobrou uma absurdo para separar um cardan, A empresa CARDANTEC, executou, consertou e ainda balanceou o cardan. pelo mesmo preço que a sua, totalizando o importe de R$ 250,00, e olha o detalhe, com garantia e balanceado. Essa é a diferença das empresa idonea, fiquei no prejuizo com sua empresa, mas iremos resolver no PROCON, onde o Sr. pode apresentar a NF, caso tenha regularizado a sua empresa junto a Receita Federal.
Quando uma empresa é declarada inapta, ela fica impedida de realizar operações comerciais, emitir notas fiscais, participar de licitações ou movimentar contas bancárias, não é permitida a fazer nada, nem sequer comprar um certificado digital para regularizar.
