Agendei com semanas de antecedência um exame para minha filha, quando cheguei para o atendimento na hora informada, disseram com a maior cara de pau que não havia sido confirmado. A atendente sequer tentou resolver a situação, como se nós que estivéssemos errados. Não recomendo para ninguém.
 No commitment to the customer. They don't respond to Whsatpp. They don't answer the phone. I scheduled an exam weeks in advance for my daughter, when I arrived for the appointment at the time informed, they said with the biggest face that it had not been confirmed. The attendant didn't even try to solve the situation, as if we were wrong. I don't recommend it to anyone.
