Já no meio do salão, fui abordado por uma atendente, uma senhora de cabelo curto muito simpática. Ela me mostrou os modelos disponíveis e conversamos um pouco sobre qual seria o modelo ideal para uma viagem etc...
Não perguntei o nome dela mas quero agradecer por toda atenção recebida, uma vez que a primeira impressão que tive não foi das melhores...
I went to the store through a YouTube blogger who spoke very highly of the place. Once there, two employees leaning against the suitcases, laughing and chatting as if they were on the porch of a residence. I passed by them, I didn't even receive a good afternoon...
In the middle of the room, I was approached by an attendant, a very nice lady with short hair. She showed me the models available and we talked a little about what would be the ideal model for a trip etc...
I didn't ask her name but I want to thank her for all the attention I received, since the first impression I had was not the best...

You are only well attended to buy for exchange and a mess people answer unwillingly it took 3 hours to make an exchange for me they lost my note that I delivered in the act of exchange to the uneducated financial employee, in short I don't buy anymore.
