★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive duas experiências na Ciafit e as duas foram ruins. A academia tem uma estrutura impecável mas deixa muuuito a desejar no atendimento dos alunos e na organização administrativa. A primeira experiência que tive foi de total descaso com os alunos, os professores não observam a execução de nenhum exercício, não tomam iniciativa para orientar, os alunos que ficam atrás dos professores o tempo todo (que na maioria das vezes estão conversando na porta da sala de musculação). Pedi o cancelamento e esse processo levou 6 MESES para se resolver, ou seja, extornaram o valor restante depois de segurar a matrícula esse tempo todo mesmo eu ligando toda semana e mandando emails. Após 3 anos afastada, acreditando numa mudança da academia refiz a matrícula e nas primeiras aulas já percebi que nada havia mudado. Nas primeiras semanas de treino recebi constantes emails de cobrança sendo que eu havia pago o plano anual de uma vez. Pedi cancelamento e me informaram que não seria cobrada multa por eu ter pago o plano anual a vista. Me informaram tb que meu contrato que assinei havia sido EXTRAVIADO. Sim, perderam meu contrato e ainda assim enviaram email com cobrança de multa! Não indico a absolutamente ninguém! É melhor ir para uma academia com menor infra estrutura mas com bom atendimento e organização.
 I had two experiences at Ciafit and both were bad. The academy has an impeccable structure but it leaves a lot to be desired in serving students and in the administrative organization. The first experience I had was of total neglect with the students, the teachers do not observe the execution of any exercise, they do not take the initiative to guide, the students who are behind the teachers all the time (who most of the time are talking at the door of weight room). I asked for the cancellation and this process took 6 MONTHS to resolve, that is, they extorted the remaining amount after holding the registration all this time even though I called every week and sent emails. After 3 years away, believing in a change in the academy, I re-enrolled and in the first classes I realized that nothing had changed. In the first weeks of training I received constant billing emails and I had paid the annual plan at once. I asked for cancellation and I was informed that there would be no penalty for having paid the annual plan in cash. I was also informed that my contract that I signed had been EXTRAVIATED. Yes, they lost my contract and still sent a fine-charged email! I don't recommend it to anyone! It is better to go to a gym with less infrastructure but with good service and organization.

- Na hora da contratação me informaram que a taxa de manutenção (que você paga integralmente no segundo e terceiro mês) era reembolsado caso cancelasse em menos de um ano.
- Chegou o terceiro mês, pedi o cancelamento a recepcionista me informa que vou receber o reembolso dentro de 30 dias referente a taxa de manutenção.
- Passou os 30 dias, vou pedir meu reembolso, me mandam o contrato informando que não tenho direito...
A academia é muito bom, tem ótimos professores, mas fazem uma propaganda enganosa para fechar contrato com os clientes. "Cancelamento Grátis" é uma piada. Leiam o contrato e não acreditem no que lhe falarem para fechar o contrato. O que vale é o que está no papel.

Misleading advertising to close the contract:
- At the time of hiring I was informed that the maintenance fee (which you pay in full in the second and third month) was refundable if you canceled in less than a year.
- The third month arrived, I asked for the cancellation, the receptionist informs me that I will receive a refund within 30 days regarding the maintenance fee.
- The 30 days have passed, I'm going to ask for my refund, they send me the contract stating that I'm not entitled...
The academy is very good, it has great teachers, but they make a false advertisement to close contracts with clients. "Free Cancellation" is a joke. Read the contract and don't believe what you're told to close the contract. What counts is what is on the paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é muito acolhedora. Os profissionais são excelentes! Conhecem os alunos pelo nome. Os professores são muito atenciosos, acompanham os alunos, orientam os exercícios, sugerem treinos específicos de acordo com a necessidade de cada um. Faço musculação, hidroginástica e pilates. O que mais me chama a atenção é a alegria dos professores. Destaque para Rafael (que coordena a academia), João Paulo ( professor de hidro) e Elis (pilates).
A academia possui estacionamento próprio com manobrista e não fecha nos feriados.
