As condições do prédio poderiam ser melhores, já que se trata de patrimônio público, o mato toma conta da propriedade do lado de fora, muito triste de ver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone disponibilizado simplesmente não atende . Como podemos ter informações sobre os serviços e tirar dúvidas sem a necessidade de ir ao local se um serviço básico eles não possuem. Algum tipo de acesso básico por ser um serviço da prefeitura deveriam disponibilizar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Atendimento ruim. Funcionário da recepção tava mais preocupado com o almoço dele do que com o problema que a população tinha no momento. Fui 4 vezes tentar fazer o cadunico e em nenhuma das vezes tinha senha. Na ultima fui informado que nao estavam distribuindo senha pois o sistema estava lento. Nao tinha previsao de regularização. Cheguei as 8h e nao tinha senha. Sacanagem com a populacao que perde tempo e dinheiro pra ser atendido por funcionarios despreparados.
Terrible. Bad service. Reception clerk was more concerned with his lunch than with the problem that the population had at the time. I went 4 times to try to do the cadunico and in none of the times I had a password. At last I was informed that they were not distributing a password because the system was slow. There was no provision for regularization. I arrived at 8 am and had no password. Slutty with the population that loses time and money to be attended by unprepared employees.

coisas nesse bairro, e quando a gente tenta ir ate o local vcs nao faz questão!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero não precisar voltar lá nem tão cedo, cheguei às 7:00 da manhã já tinha umas 60 pessoas na fila, o local abre as 8:00 . E é distribuído 100 senhas por dia para passar pelo CRAS o que no meu ver não tem lógica se o local e aberto até as 16:00 e as senhas acabam por volta das 9:00 . E fomos informados que só tinha 3 atendentes o que não é suficiente para demanda . Dica venham tomados café ou tragam algo para comer, porque nesse momento são 12:21 e tem por volta de 20 pessoas na minha frente ainda.

O setor de emissão dos RG só trabalha quando quer a mais de 2 meses estou tentando retira meu RG e toda vez que chego lá o responsável por esse setor está de folga..
Sendo que vou preticamente toda semana tentar retira e nunca consigo...
A big joke this CIC Grajaú ..
The RG issuing sector only works when it wants to for more than 2 months. I'm trying to remove my RG and every time I get there, the person in charge of this sector is on leave.
