★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos anos eu compro no seu Cícero Rações, nunca tive problemas mas no mês passado comprei uma caixa de antibiótico para minha cachorrinha e não observei quando a moça me entregou que a caixa estava aberta, quando cheguei em casa estava faltando 4 comprimidos, quando eu fui lá relatei o ocorrido e a moça não acreditou, eu falei pra ela que eu não ia falar sobre o remédio se não tivesse faltando até pq eu compro lá a anos, já tive outros cachorros e não ia me sujar por causa de 4 comprimidos. O seu Cícero não estava na hora, se ele estivesse eu falava com ele e acredito que ele ia entender.
 Many years I buy at your Cícero Rações, I never had any problems but last month I bought a box of antibiotics for my puppy and I didn't notice when the girl handed me that the box was open, when I got home there were 4 pills missing, when I went there I reported what happened and the girl did not believe it, I told her that I would not talk about the medicine if it had not been missing until I bought it there for years, I already had other dogs and I was not going to get dirty because of 4 pills. Seu Cícero was not on time, if he was, I would talk to him and I believe he would understand.

Porém em muitas vezes o atendimento é péssimo, além de ser apertado e a pessoa que fica no balcão pra receber acredito ser o dono é muito distraído e faz um atendimento horrível. Estou indo menos Devido ao atendimento. Os funcionários ficam de conversa paralelas enquanto o cliente ou espera eles terminarem pra lhe atender ou vc precisa interromper chamando a atenção deles. São péssimos. Atendimento não é o forte deles.
I like the prices. However, the service is often terrible, in addition to being cramped and the person who stays at the counter to receive it, I believe to be the owner, is very distracted and provides horrible service. I'm going less due to attendance. Employees have side conversations while the customer either waits for them to finish to serve you or you need to interrupt calling their attention. They're terrible. Service is not their forte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Cada pessoa que pergunta o preço da ração(fechada) pelo whastApp eles dão um preço diferente.
Uma vez fui comprar ração urinária e a mulher me vendeu uma ração que é de prevenção e não de tratamento da doença (cuidado!).
Atendimento presencial e online horrível.
NAO RECOMENDO.
