★ ★ ★ ★ ★ última experiencia foi péssimo. Eu levei meu mountain bike para ter um geral. O eixo estava quebrado, e ofereceu trocar para um mais moderno como parte do geral. Só que quando fui buscar a roda estava muito desalinhado. O Carlos falou que poderia ser o pneu, mas como especialista ele deveria saber que não foi, deixei a bicicleta com ele para resolver, ele não resolveu, depois ficou doente, mas antes que saiu ele tentou concertar, foi ruim igual, e a marcha ficou desajustado. Então simplesmente mentiu, OU é incompetente. No fim tive que levar para loja mais pro pagar 90 Rs para alinhamento, e trocar todos os raios como resultado do trabalho dele e ter reajuste de marcha também.
 last experience was terrible. I took my mountain bike to have a general one. The shaft was broken, and offered to change to a more modern one as part of the general. Only when I went to get the wheel I was very out of alignment. Carlos said it could be the tire, but as a specialist he should know it wasn't, I left the bike with him to solve it, he didn't solve it, then he got sick, but before he left he tried to fix it, it was just as bad, and the march it was out of place. So he simply lied, OR is incompetent. In the end I had to take it to the store more pro to pay 90 Rs for alignment, and change all the spokes as a result of his work and also have a gear change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive três experiências ruins na oficina. Comprei uma cadeira para minha filha que quebrou o cinto e os prendedores dos pés no 1o mês. Na segunda pedi para olhar as câmeras dos pneus e quando fui buscar o atendente só me deu o preço sem saber o que foi feito. Na 3a eu pedi para revisar a marcha e quando peguei a bicicleta ele me disse que estava tudo certo mas no 2o quarteirão o mesmo problema que eu tinha descrito aconteceu de novo. Nunca mais volto.
I had three bad experiences in the workshop. I bought a chair for my daughter who broke the belt and the pins of the feet in the 1st month. On the second I asked to look at the cameras of the tires and when I went to get the attendant only gave me the price without knowing what was done. At 3a I asked to check the gear and when I got the bike he told me it was all right but on the 2nd block the same problem I had described happened again. I never come back.

Estávamos voltando do Beco do Batman pra Interlagos, quando a corrente da bike da minha esposa estourou. Em minutos ele resolveu o problema e podemos voltar de boa pra casa.
