Depois de uns dias quis trocar o pedal por um mais resistente de uma outra bike minha, pra por na nova mas não tinha a chave certa, fui lá e o Silas trocou os pedais pra mim sem cobrar nada.
Man, the service is top, I fell in love with a bike and went right after buying, I also bought accessories and I'm loving it. Service via whatsapp is also good too. After a few days I wanted to change the pedal for a more resistant one from another bike of mine, to put it on the new one but I didn't have the right key, I went there and Silas changed the pedals for me without charging anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema comigo foi do mecânico, eu levei a bicicleta pra trocar algumas peças e quando cheguei em casa ficou faltando uma porca da bicicleta, sendo que a porca que o mecânico colocou nem é as que eu usava. Eu sempre deixo a garupa e o câmbio separado entre porcas e quando fui arrumar esse detalhe, vi que meu eixo estava espanado junto com a porca que o mecânico colocou. Eu fui arrumar a bicicleta e voltei com prejuízo. O mecânico atual é muito decepcionante, até pra regulagem simples como câmbio fica ruim. De resto a loja é boa, atendimento excelente, pessoas simpáticas e preços bons.
The problem with me was that of the mechanic, I took the bike to change some parts and when I got home there was a nut missing from the bike, and the nut that the mechanic put in isn't even the one I used. I always leave the rump and gearbox separated between nuts and when I went to fix this detail, I saw that my axle was dusted along with the nut that the mechanic had placed. I went to fix the bike and came back with a loss. The current mechanic is very disappointing, even for simple adjustment as the gearbox is bad. Otherwise the store is good, excellent service, friendly people and good prices.
