Tive o problema no rolamento trazeiro da Bike..e a levar para o reparo o Cidadao fez um trabalho de Ma qualidade aonde o reparo ficou pior..fazendo mundo Barulho ao Pedalar..retornei e questionei aonde o proprietario me deu canseira.
Deixei a bike la para o mesmo refazer o servico..apos eu reutilazar a Bike o Barulho voltou..
Entao decidi ir em outro local e o profissional me mostrou a Gambiarra que fizeram..
Entao nao recomendo esta experiencia a
ninguem..
Atencao Ciclista tome cuidado nao faca reparos nesta bicicletaria

I come through this channel to show my indignation for the service provided by this Bicycle Shop!
I had the problem with the bike's rear bearing..and to take it to the repair, the Citizen did a poor quality job where the repair got worse..making the world Noise when Pedaling..I returned and asked where the owner gave me tiredness.
I left the bike there for the same to redo the service..after I reused the Bike the noise came back..
So I decided to go somewhere else and the professional showed me the Gambiarra they made..
So I do not recommend this experience to
no one..
Attention Cyclist be careful do not repair this bike shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar meu relato sobre o atendimento do atendente Giovane. Solicitei cotação de uma bicicleta e não obtive retorno, apesar das cobranças ocorridas pelo whatsapp quanto ligação na loja. Pode ser que isso seja pontual mas não indico essa loja para ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja em busca de shorts para andar de bike, e também auxílio sobre problema que estava tendo ao andar como minha bike, fui super bem atendido. Tão bem atendido que no dia seguinte voltei a loja, mas foi pra adquirir minha nova bike que a proposito estou super satisfeito.
Se vc estiver com problemas com sua bike o pessoal tá lá pra ajudar, e são super pacientes no atendimento, não ficam te empurrando coisas que vc não precisa e com pressa pra te atender. O atendimento do pessoal é honesto!
I went to the store looking for shorts to ride a bike, and also help with a problem I was having when riding my bike, I was super well attended. So well attended that the next day I went back to the store, but it was to buy my new bike that I'm super satisfied by the way.
If you are having problems with your bike, the staff is there to help, and they are super patient in the service, they don't keep pushing you things you don't need and in a hurry to serve you. The service of the staff is honest!
